Location

Inspirato SoHo at The Dominick is located approximately 40 minutes from any of the three major New York airports: LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK), or Newark (EWR). Travelers from East Coast cities such as Boston, Providence, New Haven, or the Washington D.C. areas can also travel by train to Penn Station, which is only two miles from the hotel. We do not recommend driving in New York; the city’s extensive public transportation system and abundance of taxis make getting around without a car easy. Even better, your hotel is located in the heart of Lower Manhattan with endless restaurants, shops, galleries, and activities within walking distance, and an easy cab or subway ride to world-famous New York locales Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, Wall Street, and the One World Trade Center.

The Dominick - New York

Great location for SoHo lovers. Great walking spot to shops and resturants in SoHo. Amazing views uptown and great access to downtown attractions. Also fairly convenient to Broadway shows. If you're looking to spend most of your time uptown, especially the East Side, this may not be your spot.

Good location, spacious, and clean, but dated.

The Dominick is in SoHo and very close to the Spring Street subway station, which is convenient. The 2BR suite (a 1BR suite with an adjoining separate room) was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping was terrific. The hotel is dated and the furnishings tired but fully functional. Solid if not luxurious place to stay in Lower Manhattan.

Great Location

Great SoHo location. Rooms are nice. Elevator wait time is absurd (many instances over 15 minutes). Room service took over 2 hours, 20 minutes for another group in our party. Great bellman. Hotel breakfast/ lunch restaurant is barely serviceable. The other restaurant in the building was closed / vacant during our stay (September 2025). IMO, it's worth staying here if you book it on Jaunt. There are much better options at rack rate.

rundown and not a true 2 bedroom

The two bedroom suite as it was advertised was not a true suite. The rooms didn’t connect. You had to leave one room, walk outside, and use your key again to get to the other room. Problematic if you’re traveling with kids. The room was rundown and not up to par with other luxury hotels in the same category. The pictures make it look way better than it did in person.

Solid hotel in NYC

We stayed a number of years ago here. It really is a nice hotel. Great service. Great Views. Great rooms. we were given an $87 credit for the minibar for our two night stay. A welcome surprise. This is close to the subway to get uptown to Broadway, which was nice. And plenty of places to eat near the hotel. Did I mention the views? The front desk lady tried to upsell us on a penthouse room for an additional fee...so we didn't love that. But besides that, everything was great.
