Inspirato SoHo at The Dominick is located approximately 40 minutes from any of the three major New York airports: LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK), or Newark (EWR). Travelers from East Coast cities such as Boston, Providence, New Haven, or the Washington D.C. areas can also travel by train to Penn Station, which is only two miles from the hotel. We do not recommend driving in New York; the city’s extensive public transportation system and abundance of taxis make getting around without a car easy. Even better, your hotel is located in the heart of Lower Manhattan with endless restaurants, shops, galleries, and activities within walking distance, and an easy cab or subway ride to world-famous New York locales Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, Wall Street, and the One World Trade Center.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this elegant and trendy hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. The location was perfect for us.

Wonderful Accommodation for Business Trip

The hotel lobby and room was very nice. The staff was knowledgable and attentive, even with a very late check-in. The hotel was located in a convenient location. Nice large TV and tablet based info system. Complimentary water bottles and a credit for the mini-bar (which I did not use). Took advantage of Jaunt Now pricing. Did not eat at the acclaimed restaurant.

NYC Did not Disappoint AT ALL

We just finished a 5 night stay at the Dominick in NYC. Our goal was to maximize Broadway show opportunity and eat at some places that left lasting memories.

The Dominick was a great hotel with really good service and a room on the 36th floor provided some wonderful views after sunrise and after sunset. (All times)

I recommend for those of you not extremely experienced in terms of travel to NYC that if staying at the Dominick you leverage their outstanding concierge service. We reached out long before left and via email and a phone call strategized on the shows we wanted and the dining experiences we were hoping to have. The concierge team in total was really good. Eric specifically took care of us and we can't say enough about this team.

We used a car service the night of arrival. After that we utilized uber and that worked perfectly. Even after shows let out...as long as you walked a block or 2 at most you were clear of crowds and easier to meet up with driver.

We got awesome reservations at Le Bernardine in NYC. This was simply put the finest restaurant experience we have ever had. Superb.

We saw 4 shows...Funny Girl with Lea Michele was an absolute highlight...fantastic show and she was amazing.

Location...as we are not experienced travelers to NYC for pleasure...we did not realize that that Dominick was a 20-30 minute drive from midtown and shows which was not an issue for us, but again...depending upon your agenda..I would map out location of hotel to your destinations to at least save you time if desired. We tended to be in midtown most of the time...versus SoHo...will consider more closely next time.

We never felt unsafe on this trip...although we did not push our luck with night walks and public transportation. Not a statement...merely our approach to make sure there weren't any issues.

NYC and the Dominick/Concierge Team made this a great trip.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel in NYC! The neighborhood is great, and so many wonderful dining and shopping options were in walking distance. Overall, the property was nice. There were some amenities that weren’t offered, like in-room dining, I would assume due to Covid- but it was still enjoyable. The only thing I would note is that if a bathroom that adjoins to your bedroom having no door bothers you— make sure you are choosing a room category that does not have this layout when booking!
