- These units consist of Canyon Ridge and Pacific Ridge which are two separate residences that are not directly connected, but adjacent through a shared hallway. Access is granted by an elevator that brings you to your private floor where you can enter both units.
- If you are traveling with young children, please reach out to your Care team to discuss the bedding layout within this unit to ensure it fits your groups' needs.

- The Resort at Pelican Hill is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation starting November 2026 through early 2028, which will involve staggered closures of the Pelican Grill, the Coliseum Pool and Grill, the Pelican Hill Main Estate, the Villa Clubhouse, and select three- and four-bedroom villas. These exciting enhancements will further elevate the guest experience at this iconic coastal retreat. While the resort will continue operations during the renovation period, please note that there may be visible construction, construction noise as well as wear and tear.
