Inspirato Only Policies

Cancellation Policy

Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package.

If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.

 

Waitlist Policy

If a member is interested in a sold-out Inspirato Only program or sold-out package within an Inspirato Only program, they can contact their Care team to be added to the waitlist.

  • 90 days or more from program start date: If a package becomes available 90 or more days from the program start date, the waitlist will be notified of the available package in the order the waitlist was created.
  • 89 days or less from program start date: If a package becomes available 89 days or less from the program start date, the waitlist will be notified and the package will be released to Inspirato.com and bookable on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Upgrade Policy

If a member is booked on a program and interested in a package upgrade, they can contact their Care team to be added to the upgrade list.
