Complimentary Trip travel is an “Additional Opportunity” as defined in your Inspirato Documents. The following Additional Opportunity Rules, Terms, and Conditions apply to the Complimentary Trip Additional Opportunity, which you wish to reserve or have reserved. Unless otherwise modified below, your participation in the Complimentary Trip Additional Opportunity is subject to your Inspirato Documents. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings proscribed to them in your Inspirato Documents.

 

 OVERVIEW OF COMPLIMENTARY TRIP TRAVEL

Complimentary Trip travel allows qualifying Inspirato Members invited by Operator the opportunity to book a trip from the Complimentary Trip List at no cost (“Complimentary Trips”), as further described below.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR COMPLIMENTARY TRIPS 

Only qualifying Inspirato Members invited by Operator are eligible to book Complimentary Trips. To be eligible to book a Complimentary Trip, Inspirato Members must be in Good Standing at the time of booking and at the time of travel. Complimentary Trips are for personal use only and may not be shared unless the Member is enrolled in Family Sharing or Premium Sharing, or as otherwise permitted by Operator, in Operator’s sole discretion.

 

RESERVATION BOOKING, MODIFICATION, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES 

Complimentary Trips have special reservation booking, modification, and cancellation rules, which are as follows.

Complimentary Trip Booking Policy

Only qualifying Inspirato Members may book Complimentary Trips from the Complimentary Trip List.

Complimentary Trips must be completed within one year of issuance of the applicable Complimentary Trip voucher; otherwise the trip is forfeited.

Complimentary Trips are inclusive of applicable nightly rates, taxes, and fees. Transportation to and from Complimentary Trip destinations, food and beverage, and entertainment expenses are not included.

 

Complimentary Trip Modification Policy

After booking, Complimentary Trips may not be modified in any way except for as detailed in the Complimentary Trip Cancellation Policy below.

 

Complimentary Trip Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policies apply to Complimentary Trip reservations for the indicated timeframes.

30+ days from arrival	Complimentary Trip can be rebooked (subject to Inspirato Documents)
29 days or less from arrival	Non-refundable (Complimentary Trip is forfeited)

 

There is no cash value for Complimentary Trips.

 

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS  

Complimentary Trip reservations may only be made for the specific dates and accommodations offered on the Complimentary Trip List.

Complimentary Trip reservations are bookable on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.

Complimentary Trip availability is determined by Operator in its sole discretion and may be modified with or without notice.
