Frequently Asked Questions
Inspirato Rewards is Inspirato's loyalty program for members. It gives our most engaged members added benefits on eligible properties and Inspirato Only Experiences. Members can earn three Rewards status levels (Silver, Gold, and Platinum), and each level offers more valuable benefits. Diamond status is also available by invitation.
Members can earn status under the existing program through the end of the year. Your spend restarts every January 1st and if you reach a certain status before end of the current year, you receive that status for the remainder of this year and through December 31st of the following year.
Total Eligible Spend includes your calendar year cash spend with Inspirato, including Inspirato bookings, taxes and fees, membership dues and payments, and Travel Credit purchases. It does not include folio payments.
Your Care team will let you know your current Rewards status and keep you informed of your progress toward the next status tier.
Eligible accommodations are inclusive of hundreds of Inspirato-managed residences and select luxury hotel accommodations. Ask your Care team for more details.
Based on your Rewards status, you can book new properties and Inspirato Only experiences, as well as festive holiday reservations, by calling your Care team before the reservation calendars open on inspirato.com for general member bookings.
An Inspirato Guest Pass allows you to share your membership by inviting a guest to reserve a single Inspirato trip for just the cost of nightly rates, without having to pay a Membership Fee.
Based on your Rewards status, for eligible Inspirato bookings of three or more nights made 21 or more days in advance, you can stay up to three nights before check-in or three nights after check-out at a discount, depending on your earned tier. Add-on Nights may only be reserved within five days of check-in or five days of check-out and are subject to availability. You must call your Care team to book discounted add-on nights.
Please note that a limited number of properties are excluded from Add-on Nights benefits.
No. Add-on nights are not combinable with Jaunt trips, Invited trips, or Pass trips.
Upgrades are subject to availability and will only be approved within 72 hours of check in. Your destination team will reach out prior to offer if there is the opportunity to upgrade.
Please note that Jaunt trips, Pass trips and Invited trips are not eligible for upgrades.
