• Members should fly into Cairo International Airport (CAI) and can arrive any time on January 16, 2027. They may depart from the same airport at any time on January 27, 2027.
• Due to cultural differences and other factors, the beverage policy for our Egypt program differs from our European programs. Alcoholic beverage importation and availability can be unpredictable. Please expect an additional expense for liquor and non-domestic wines and beers, if available.
• This river cruise is best suited for adult passengers. Guests must be over the age of 18.
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Cairo, Egypt (July 28, 2027).
• U.S. citizens must have a visa to enter Egypt (if entering Egypt twice on the same trip, you will need a multiple entry visa).
• This is a full ship charter, which means only Inspirato members and their guests will be on board.
• There are no triple occupancy staterooms available.
• There are limited connecting suites, please reach out to your Care team to confirm availability.
• All tours in Egypt are accompanied by a tourism police officer or escort vehicle, and additional security, including metal detectors and plainclothes officers, is present at hotels, ports, and aboard the cruise ship to ensure your safety throughout the journey.
• Dressing modestly is recommended as a show of respect for the culture and customs of the Egyptian people. In particular, women should ensure shoulders are covered and legs are concealed at least to the knee on all shore excursions throughout this itinerary.
• This program includes some early morning activities. Flights between Cairo and Luxor may require wake-up calls at 5 a.m. or earlier. Guided tours typically begin in the morning and may include a motor coach drive.
• While wireless internet is complimentary, please note that the connection may be intermittent or unavailable at times.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, ports, timing, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• This cruise is an exclusive, fully chartered experience designed specifically for Inspirato members and their guests.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked.
• Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
