The following items are not included in the experience and will be paid for individually by members:

Personal expenses, including additional activities, spa treatments, and meals not specified in the itinerary
International airfare
Travel insurance
Pre- and post-experience hotel nights outside of the itinerary
Airport transfers to airports other than Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD), but can be arranged through Inspirato for an additional cost.

A valid passport is required and must be valid for at least three months beyond your departure from Spain.
Flights should arrive at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) by 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2027.
Departures from Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) may be scheduled for any time on Monday, September 13, 2027.
Private airport transfers between MAD and Brach Madrid are included for arrivals and departures on itinerary dates.
Hotel check-in is at 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 9; check-out is at 12 p.m. on Monday, September 13.
The minimum age for this Inspirato Only experience is 12 years old.
Dinner is not included on race days. Ample food and beverages will be available at the track, and the Inspirato team is happy to assist with dinner reservations.
Appearances by Ferrari drivers and team members are subject to change based on availability.
By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that they are physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, the itinerary includes extensive walking. We cannot guarantee that all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, members may cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, Travel Credits will be issued four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
