• Members should fly into one of the recommended airports by no later than 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2027 to participate in the evening activities.
• Members can fly out of one of the recommended airports at any time on Thursday, August 12, 2027.
• The minimum age for this experience is 18 years.
• Check-in at Carriage House at The American Club is at 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2027.
• Check-out at Carriage House at The American Club is at 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 12, 2027.
• Airport transfers are not included in your package but can be arranged through Inspirato for an additional cost.
• Tee times at the Irish Course and Straits Course at Whistling Straits will be set up as walking, inclusive of one caddie per twosome.
• The Straits Course is a walking-only course; however, the Irish Course does allow golf carts. Golf carts may be available upon request should you choose, though this will forfeit your opportunity to play with a caddie.
• Tee times at the River Course at Blackwolf Run will be set up with golf carts, inclusive of one forecaddie per foursome.
• Caddie and forecaddie gratuity is included at all three tee times. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.
• Tee times at The Baths, a 10-hole par-3 course, are included for all guests. However, participation is optional.
• This is a noncompetitive golf experience, though informal contests and prizes may be offered throughout the trip.
• Golfers of all skill levels are welcome. While handicaps are not required, players are expected to maintain the appropriate pace of play.
• Images of this room type are representative, as rooms at the Carriage House have recently undergone renovations. Updated photography will be provided once available.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to participate. While there are no strenuous activities planned, there will be extensive walking on the Irish and Straits Courses at Whistling Straits. We also cannot guarantee that all restaurants and other activities will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
