- The Lifestyle Pools are located just a few minutes’ drive from the home and require no fees to utilize.
- Please note: This home is located within the Pacifico community, which is gated with security.
- Access to the beautiful Pacifico Beach Club is provided with an additional fee of $35 per person, per day. $25 out of the $35 fee paid will go towards food and beverage. Kids 12 and under are free. Beach Club is closed from Oct. 1-31, for more information, please contact your Care team.
- Please note that there is ongoing construction next to the property. Construction takes place Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some noise impact expected. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
