Please note, Bedroom four is located within a detached casita. Due to the separate nature of the casita from the main house, we do not recommend this room for young children.
Daily breakfast is included for just the cost of groceries.
Please note guests will not have access to the garage and when renting a car it will be parked in the uncovered driveway space.
Please note: This home is located within the Monte Bello community, which is gated with security.
Access to an exclusive Beach Club is provided with an additional fee of $50 pp, per day. $25 of fee paid will go towards food and beverage. Kids 12 years and under are free. Must have reservation in advance.

El Sueno Excellence!!

Every single detail and item was addressed by the onsite team of Diego, Gustavo, Michael and Christina. My family and I were very well cared for and we felt extremely comfortable with any suggestions or recommendations of activities and dinners. Chef Veronica is outstanding in addition. We will definitely return to this home and of course, will need to see Diego and the team there. We could not have asked for a better, more peaceful time and experience. Rio Perdido is a must with the zip lining and hiking. Very welcomed there by that team, also.

Exemplary . . .

Our first trip with Inspirato and first visit to Costa Rica exceeded all expectations!

We spent six wonderful nights at El Sueno, and from start to finish, everything was seamless. Gustavo did an excellent job planning our trip and arranging all of our reservations prior to arrival - making the entire process stress-free.

When we arrived at the house, Diego welcomed us to start our vacation. His attention to detail was exceptional and made sure all aspects of our experience were perfect. He was available 24/7 with anything we needed.

Each morning Christina and Michael prepared a delicious breakfast with some extra surprise treats along the way. The home remained spotless and their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home.

We also enjoyed two in-home dining experiences. Chef Veronica and Gabby and Chef Aron each prepared amazing meals. Both were outstanding and would gladly book them again.

During our stay we took three excursions: Rio Perdido, Palo Verde, and a half day boat aboard the Real Bueno. All were enjoyable but the boating excursion was our favorite! Captain Jesy and his crew made the experience unforgettable with a balance of fishing / sight seeing / watersports ... it was definitely a highlight of our trip.

A day pass to El Mangroove was a nice experience but something we would likely skip for the future.

Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend El Sueno and this incredible team to anyone considering Costa Rica as a destination. Thank you to the Inspirato Team above who made this such a memorable and special experience. It definitely matched Inspirato's great name!

Amazing week in Costa Rica

Summary that I hope helps other members 3 couples to celebrate a 60th birthday House is amazing. Views are spectacular We had the team prepare breakfast every day,. You wont find a better breakfast and what a way to start each day. We did 4 chef prepared dinners. I highly recommend Veronica and Aron. Both are extremely talented and a pleasure to work with. We brought a band in for the birthday celebration and they played for a couple of hours. Really fun and a great idea from Gustavo We did a full day on the Don Bosco. Really fun and a great crew. The boat is pretty tired but the crew, the service and the location more than made up for it and I would definitely recommend this excursion. Rio Perdido was one of our top days. We did the tubing down the river, zip lining and the thermal river. All lots of fun, The resort setting is incredible. ATV tour was great, Got into some remote areas which made it interesting and fun, Half day of fishing on the Venture., Not a great day to catch fish but a really solid overall experience., Palo Verde trip is a must. Ask for Joaquin to be your guide, he’s awesome We went to the Pacifico beach club, It’s the only thing we wouldn’t do again, it was fine but expensive and pretty crowded . Not the vice we were looking for Hacienda Blu and Ginger were excellent restaurants, Huge shout out to Diego and his team. We have done a ton of Inspirato trips and they are the best team we have worked with by far, Gustavo was great for the pre trip planning and Diego and his team were on the ground and incredibly helpful and responsive, Inspirato should have Diego do all the training for other concierge teams at other destinations! This was as close to a perfect trip as you will find. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Paraíso en Costa Rica!

El Sueño isn't just a name, it's an experience! This stunning Inspirato property in Costa Rica exceeded all our expectations. The house itself is breathtaking, overlooking the Pacific Ocean with a remarkable pool that was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Sunsets were stunning and we looked forward to them each evening. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff.

Diego, our concierge, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, helpful, and always available with a smile. Hazel and Michael, the cooks, deserve their own five-star rating! Their culinary skills were amazing, and they catered to our every whim. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our entire stay.

If you're looking for a luxurious escape in Costa Rica, look no further than El Sueño. The combination of stunning views, a beautiful home, and exceptional service will leave you feeling like you've found paradise.

Perfect Spring Break Destination for Family!

My husband and I took our older teenage daughter and son with 3 friends to Costa Rica - staying at El Sueno. The home and its views were gorgeous. Beautiful start and finish to each day. The staff prepared an amazing breakfast each morning. The days were full of activities from Surf Lessons in Tamarindo to Ziplining at Diamante, to ATV Jungle Tour & Wave Runners at the beach. The boys loved every bit of it. Gustavo did a great job of pre-planning and Diego took great care of us while we were there - checked in daily with updates on our plans and was always available for any issues or questions. A rental car is a must for this property - but roads are easy to drive. Our favorite beach was Playa Hermosa which was a 5 min drive from the house. Large quiet beach where boys could play football/spike ball. The restaurant Aquasport served great food/drinks and had chairs available at the edge of the beach to watch boys play and see the sunset each afternoon. We also visited Pacifico Beach Club one day which was only a 15 min drive from the house and had a great restaurant, bar and beach chair service that was a tad more upscale which my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed! We had Chef Johan prepare dinner for us at the house a couple of nights which was also a treat! This property was one of our favorites and we will definitely be back!
