Vista Mar is conveniently located just a 30 minute drive from Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR) in Liberia. Your Destination Concierge is happy to arrange for an airport transport or rental car. We highly recommend a rental car for your stay.

Great Family Vacation

We spent a week at Vista Mar with four adults and two children (8 and 11). It was a perfect home base for exploring the area. Having breakfast prepared every morning was great. Gustave, the destination planner, made planning a breeze with more than enough activity suggestions and a lengthy list of local restaurants. Everyone in the group loved the trip to Palo Verde and a day long boat trip on the Happy Coco. We had Chef Paolo cook family style dinners three night which were excellent and enjoyed meals out at Ginger and Father Rooster. Diego, the concierge, was extremely responsive and always ready to make a last minute change if needed.

Best Inspirato Concierge Anywhere

Had an incredible two week stay at Vistamar and are already planning our next trip to this property. Highly recommended! The concierge, Diego, is by far the best concierge we've met at any Inspirato property — and we've been members for 5 years and have completed dozens of trips. Amazing.

One small correction on the posted details on this home: Bedroom #3 is a queen bed and not a king as listed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have king beds. This makes the home optimal for 2 couples, plus kids in bedrooms 3 and 4.

Diego made our trip

Besides the beauty of Costa Rica and our Villa and of course all the amazing activities - the real trip saver was Diego - the concierge. Not only did he respond immediately on everything and have great suggestions and little touches (like sending us a reminder 30 mins out from any activity with address and what to bring etc) but he also came to our rescue! Our son picked up a virus and was deathly ill with a stomach flu. I sent Diego a text late at night asking him what Hospital to go to and instead he had a Doctor come to us (it was his relationship that got her to come so late on a Saturday night) and then the next day when we needed a second visit he found another Doctor who was equally amazing. And wow - Chef Victoria!! Don't go without a private meal in your home by Chef V. The team made our trip amazing. Thank you!

All you could ask for!

Vistamar is beautiful, the view is absolutely stunning. Best sunsets. Gustavo, the destination planner was wonderful, he provided amazing suggestions of activities, and prepared us for a wonderful trip. Diego was our onsite concierge and he too was outstanding. He takes great pride in making the experience top level. He even pings the directions for where you are going each day (nice touch). He visits to make sure all is beyond expectations. He pivots the plan as/if necessary. I always felt like he was with us... if we needed anything. Thanks to Gustavo & Diego!

Top of the hill! Brand New modern home.

Inspirato has put together quite a portfolio of homes with amazing views in this area of Costa Rica, and this home is stunningly perched on top of the hill. If there's any complaint, its super modern and brand new, not really "authentic Costa Rica." No worries, you are close to amazing beaches and downtown Coco where you will get plenty of authentic Costa Rica.
