Things to Know  

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by our trusted partners at Stein Eriksen Residences.
• This residence comes with one complimentary valet garage parking spot.
• Primary access to the unit is through the valet parking garage.
• Breakfast is complimentary for Stein Eriksen Residence guests at 7880 Club. Please note breakfast is dine-in only and not available during seasonal closures of the restaurant (late fall and spring). Other dining establishments in the area do undergo seasonal closures in the fall and the spring as well.
• This residence is a ground floor condo unit with a walk-out patio that can only be locked from indoors.
• Please note that this property is located on the base floor of the Stein Eriksen Residences and does not have mountain or resort views.
• The Stein Eriksen Residences does not allow outside guests to visit the property.
• No snowboards are allowed at Deer Valley, but they are allowed at nearby Park City Mountain Resort (this resort offers half-pipes and terrain park features as well).
• Stein Eriksen Residences utilizes a third-party service for stocking groceries. Guests will be provided with a form to order groceries through the third-party vendor; all service and grocery item costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be paid directly to the vendor or through the resort folio to be paid upon check-out.
• Please note that there will be construction on the North building June 1 - September 30, 2026. There may be construction noise as well as visible workers. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates. 
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded. 
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
