- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- This is a three-story home and all levels are accessible via stairs.
- The primary bedroom sits on the first floor, and all other bedrooms are on the second floor.
- The swimmable beach is a three- to four-minute walk from this home via a boardwalk. The boardwalk begins approximately 50 feet from the home.
- The elevator in this home is not available to guests and may only be used to move luggage.
- This home is available seasonally from mid-March to mid-September.
- Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, travel trailers, and Jet Skis are prohibited on Kiawah Island.
- March through June and September through November are the busiest times of year for golf on Kiawah Island and tee times book out far in advance. If you are traveling during those times, please connect with your dedicated Inspirato destination planner as soon as possible to ensure you have the best options for availability on the Kiawah golf courses. Contact your Care team for more information.
- Please note that you will not have access to the following Kiawah Island Golf Resort amenities. The Sanctuary Pool, Night Heron Pool the West Beach Pool Complex, and The Sanctuary fitness center.
- Please note we are only able to reserve spa service appointments 24 hours before at the Sanctuary Spa. The Dunlin’s Aster Spa allows for advanced appointments.

- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a queen sleeper sofa in the third floor media room.
- Pet policy: No pets allowed.
