- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- All bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, so this home may not be suitable for those traveling with young children.
- Your private pool is not heated. However, sunny days and warm temperatures keep the pool a comfortable temperature.
- In addition to enjoying access to the Pauoa Beach Club, members also have access at the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club is available for an additional fee.
- Inspirato Members receive an exclusive discount of 30% off greens fees at the Mauna Lani Francis H. I’i Brown Championship Courses.
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum so as to not disturb those in nearby residences. Outside of the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and the neighborhood and keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Please park guest vehicles in designated parking areas only.
- The residence may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Please note, a neighboring development is currently under construction. While visual impact is expected to be minimal, some slight disruptions may occur.
Additional Information:
- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests can be accommodated for a rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated by placing two people in each queen bed in Bedroom 3.
- Pet policy: No pets allowed.
