  • Please note that when staying in this home, you will not have access to the Esperanza Hotel pools; you will have access to the Punta Ballena Beach Club pool.
  • The weather during the summer is so nice that the private pool at this home only needs to be heated seasonally (November to May).
  • The beach at the resort is a wonderful place to lay out and build sandcastles but is not recommended for swimming. There are many swimmable beaches 10 to 15 minutes away in either direction.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is located at San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The airport serves the Los Cabos area: San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Most major airlines offer service here, with frequent flights from Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, San Diego, Denver, Chicago and Seattle.

Your Destination Concierge can help you arrange a rental car or transport from the airport. If you take advantage of Inspirato in-residence breakfast service and the golf cart ride to the beach club, you may not need a car some days. However, you'll likely want one to drive to activities, into town for restaurants and shopping, and possibly for a day trip. Just our favorite property that we have stayed at (not just with Inspirato, but anywhere!!). We have been ever year for the past 8 years and walk away every time feeling that we can't wait to go back. Our onsite concierge, Humberto, is just top of class. He not only takes great care to meet every need during our stays, but remembers our preferences from prior years in anticipation of having everything perfect for us upon arrival. It's not just the property that make this so special, it is the experience and attention to detail that Humberto and his staff deliver consistently year after year.

Epic! Best trip ever!

My daughters birthday, one wish was to go to Cabo and had 2 families great friend, and could not have been better! The conceirge we had planned everything for us, he did all the work pre-trip to make sure we were all taken care of and we had some great festivities extra gift for our birthday celebration. Then when we get there he handles every detail. We cannot thank Lucas enough for all he did. The trip was great, the home is literally one of the best in Cabo, this is why you join Inspirato!

Every Detail Perfectly Planned

We just returned from an unforgettable Inspirato trip, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received! From the moment we booked, our concierge Humberto made everything seamless. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them- arranging groceries ahead of our arrival, coordinating in-home chef meals, setting up housekeeping and pool services, organizing all of our transportation, and even scheduling wonderful in-home spa services including massages and facials.

The house itself was stunning- beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly set up for relaxation. The chefs created incredible meals, the spa experiences made it feel like a true retreat, and every detail was thoughtfully handled so we could simply enjoy our time together.

Humberto truly went above and beyond, and thanks to him, this was one of the most effortless and enjoyable vacations we've ever had. We are so grateful to Inspirato for such an outstanding experience and can't wait for our next trip!

Another amazing trip to Cabo. We love Punta Ballena properties and the concierge service with Humberto is second to none! This was a girls trip and was such a perfect place to relax, play pickle ball, eat amazing food. Humberto coordinated a chef for us one night, it was a gourmet meal! Refrigerator was stocked when we arrived, weather was amazing, Joya is such a beautiful home with room to spread out and space to be together. Perfect vacation thanks to Humberto and Inspirato!

Perfection

Everything was wonderful. Humberto was very attentive and helped us with everything. He got a wonderful chef for the last night.

The only thing was that one golf cart was excellent. The white one, (which appeared to have some years on it), did not have much power. It may be time to upgrade the old one. You need to have two with a house that size.
