Things to Know

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• Please note the neighboring home is undergoing renovation and may have minor impacts on Tycoon, such as noise and intermittent road restrictions. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
• This home encompasses four floors only accessible via staircases, as the elevator has been decommissioned for guest use.
• The primary suite is located on the bottom level of this home.
• We highly encourage driving or renting a four-wheel drive vehicle for your stay, especially during the winter months.
• Parking for ski access is not included—there will be a parking fee if you choose to park at the resort base area. Free parking options for Deer Valley and Park City Mountain are available, however, please note these lots tend to fill up in the morning.
• Inspirato is unable to fulfill or deliver any alcohol orders placed with our team in the state of Utah per local laws and regulations.

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
