This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
This home can be booked with Villa Bellezza and Villa Collina to accommodate up to 18 guests.
Located in the middle of the rolling hills of Tuscany, this villa is accessed by a 1.5-mile-long road that will make you feel as if you are going back in time to the 11th century, when this villa was built. A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
Please note that the fireplace in the primary bedroom is decorative and cannot be used.
This secluded villa is located 35 minutes from Siena, the nearest large city. Pievescola is the closest town, located about 10 minutes away.
The fitness room, pool, tennis court, and pizza oven are shared with Villa Bellezza and Villa Collina.
The study is up the stairs from the primary bedroom and does not have a door.
The pool is open seasonally and is not heated.
You must utilize a professional chef service to use the pizza oven.

Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guest is accommodated on a twin rollaway bed.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.

Location

The most convenient airport is Florence Airport, Peretola (FLR). From the U.S., you'll connect via Paris, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt or another major European city. (There are direct flights into Pisa's Galileo Galilei Airport, about 60 miles west of Florence.)

From Florence, you'll drive about 45-60 minutes to reach your residence, depending on the region. You'll likely want to rent a car in order to explore the hill towns, Siena and other beautiful places in the vast countryside. Club partner Avis is happy to help. Part 2 of Italy - La Villetta, Tuscany

What an amazing stay in the hills of Tuscany at La Villetta. Andy and the team were amazing! The Villa was spacious and very comfortable (it was just the two of us) and none of the other villas on property were occupied so we essentially had the entire property to ourselves. We had a rental car (small SUV) and I will say you need a vehicle with 4-wheel drive or an SUV because the trip from the main road up to the villa is entirely rock and very twisty. Our travel planner, Vallentina, was exceptional. Most days we explored on our own - spent an afternoon in Sienna, enjoyed wine tastings in the Chianti region with an amazing driver, had a private Italian cooking class with Chef Beppi one evening at the villa, and ended the trip with a perfect evening of charcuterie and wine under the pergola between the villa and the old church building that is on site watching the sun set. I cannot speak highly enough about the team in Tuscany. Amazing!

Our return was exactly what we expected, perfecto!

Our return to this property was fantastic. We enjoyed the cooler weather and the fire place almost every night. We visited a few wineries and a few lunches. The arrival night we once again had Team Nando, it never disappoints. We also chose the cooking class with PEPE. Looking back we should have done this early on with all the remaining food after the class. PEPE was first class. The Inspirato Team in Tuscany is first class and have been together for more than 8 years. They know the area and are very attentive to your needs. They are like family. Grazie Mille, Nadia, Andi, Susanna and Leoni.

Fantastic Trip w/ Inspirato

We stayed at La Villetta for a week in July. What a special place and one of the reasons we travel with Inspirato. The villa was very nice and the grounds were spectacular. Well worth the drive up the hill to get there. If you are looking for a central location in Tuscany to explore yet also have peace and quiet along with all the amenities you could want this is your place. We took day trips to Florence, Sienna, and San Gimignano and all were easily accessible. One special opportunity for Inspirato guests is the winery tour and lunch at Colle Berreto Vineyard. This was so much more than we expected - a special event. The pool on location was fantastic during the hot days. Simone and Valentina were both excellent to work with and handled anything we needed. Leone, the wonderful keeper of the property is a character and wonderful to be around - we wish we spoke Italian for sure. All in all, I only wish we had 18 family members to take to this special place.

Historic villa in the middle of Tuscany

We loved our stay at La Villetta in Tuscany. The grounds and the villa are extraordinary, Andi and his family did an amazing job at accommodating our every need, and though tucked away high in the Tuscan hills we had no problem getting to where we needed to go. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a destination to truly get away, La Villetta is perfect. If you don't like driving up a long dirt road and want to be closer to the action, consider staying closer to town.
