Our Two Largest Single-Unit Andaz Maui Villas
Nalu and Maluhia are our two largest single-unit villas at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort. Nalu offers sparkling oceanfront views, while Maluhia is tucked amid the gardens, offering lush tropical views.
Nalu

Best for: One large family; a multigenerational family traveling together; or four couples
Oceanfront Nalu is our largest Inspirato villa at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, with four bedrooms (three king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queens) and five bathrooms encompassing 4,703 square feet. Each bedroom boasts its own en suite bathroom, and there’s an additional guest bathroom off the main living area.
The living area includes retractable walls that open to your own private lanai, with gleaming ocean views. A set of stairs leads down to your private hot tub (the only Inspirato Andaz Maui villa with its own private hot tub—though Maluhia does have its own plunge pool).
It’s located on the resort’s lobby level, a quick walk to Andaz Maui amenities. Guests staying in Nalu enjoy a complimentary, private stand-up paddleboard lesson, as well as complimentary transportation to and from the airport.
Maluhia
3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms | 6 occupancy | 3,234 square feet

Best for: One large family; a multigenerational family traveling together; or three couples
Nestled in a different part of the resort than our other 12 villas, Maluhia is our second-largest villa at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort by square footage. Because of its unique location, it sits slightly closer (just a 3-minute walk) to the resort’s pools, beach, and restaurants compared to our other 8 villas.
Maluhia comes with three bedrooms (two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queens), each with its own en suite bathroom, and a guest bathroom off the kitchen.
This is the only Andaz Maui villa with its own plunge pool (though Nalu does come with its own hot tub). The home’s private lanai is expansive, furnished with a dining table and lounge chairs, surrounded by lush, tropical garden views.
Our Five Smaller Andaz Maui Villas
These five Andaz Maui villas all sit next to each other on the resort’s lobby level, a short 3-minute walk to the resort beach and amenities. The only difference between these five are the bedding configurations and the ocean views, which differ slightly depending on which villa you choose.
Nani

Nani offers incredible ocean views from its private balcony, as well as three bedrooms (two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom). The king bedrooms each feature an en suite bathroom; the villa’s third bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, as well.
Moana

Best for: Families with younger kids; Two couples
Admire ocean views from your private balcony in Moana. This unit is ideal for a family traveling with younger kids, because it has three bedrooms: two king bedrooms and one bedroom with full bunkbeds. Each king bedroom includes an en suite bathroom; Moana’s third bathroom includes a walk-in shower, as well.
Lokahi

Our Lokahi villa offers partial ocean and garden views from its private, furnished balcony. This villa offers an array of bedding options across its three bedrooms: one king bedroom, one bedroom with two queen beds, and one bedroom with one queen bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 come with an en suite bathroom; guests staying in the third bathroom enjoy easy access to the third, shared bathroom.
Koa

Koa offers a partial ocean view from its furnished balcony. Much like Moana, Koa is great for a family traveling with younger kids. Wakea

Wakea boasts three bedrooms (two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom); each king bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. While all our villas at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort are ADA-compliant, Wakea also offers an additional ADA amenity: a roll-in shower in the third bathroom. A private balcony boasts partial ocean views.
Our Two Connected Andaz Maui Villas

Honu

If you’re traveling with a larger group, Honu is a combination of Nani and Moana, and connects via a hallway from the primary bedroom of Nani, which leads to the kitchen of Moana.
Because it’s a combination of two villas, Honu offers two living rooms, two kitchens and dining areas, and two separate lanais with incredible ocean views.
Within Nani, you’ll find two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and then in connected Moana, enjoy two king bedrooms and a bedroom with full bunkbeds.
Huikala
6 bedrooms, 6 baths | 12 occupancy | 4,240 square feet

Best for: Two families traveling together that prefer their own space; large groups of friends
Huikala is a combination of Lokahi and Koa, connecting via the primary bedroom of Lokahi to the kitchen of Koa. Like Honu, you’ll enjoy two living spaces, two kitchens and dining areas, and two separate balconies with partial ocean and garden views.
Lokahi offers one king bedroom, a bedroom with two queens, and a bedroom with one queen bed; connected Koa offers two king bedrooms and a bedroom with full bunkbeds.
