  • This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
  • Your private, sun-soaked pool is not heated.
  • Bedrooms three and four are accessed via an outside door and are not connected to the main level of the house. The kids' room is connected to bedroom two. These bedrooms share a bathroom and closet but can be closed off and separated.
  • Your dedicated chef will prepare two meals per day with a one-time fee of $100 plus the cost of groceries.
  • A resort fee of $100 per day covers access to Eden Roc’s beach club, pools, restaurants, kid's club, and spa but it does excludes access to the Fitness & Training Center as members and guests have access to a shared fitness center. This fee will be added to your Inspirato folio.
  • Blackout dates for Eden Roc Beach Club may occur over festive weeks, including Easter and New Years. Contact your Care team for additional information.
  • This home is located right next to the water on a rocky shoreline, and you cannot swim directly outside, but the beach at Eden Roc Beach Club is just five minutes away.
  • Beach conditions change frequently and you may experience an unusual amount of seaweed on the beach during your visit. Please contact your Care team for the most up-to-date information.
  • Tee times are needed in order to play Punta Espada Golf Club and Las Iguanas Golf Course. Contact your Destination team to schedule tee times.
  • Please note that Las Iguanas Golf Course will be closed for maintenance during the month of May while Punta Espada Golf Course will be closed during June.

Location

Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), located in the eastern Dominican Republic. Direct flights are available from many U.S. cities, including Miami, Charlotte, New York, Atlanta and Newark.

Once you arrive at your residence, you'll likely find a rental car isn't necessary. Beaches and resort amenities are close at hand. Your Destination Concierge is happy to arrange transportation from the airport and also to discuss an Avis rental car if you think you'll want to explore a bit more.

A wonderful week!

We just spent an incredible week at Villa Ana and had an absolutely wonderful experience.

We were two adult couples, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was phenomenal from start to finish.

Our chef, Fernando, prepared exceptional meals every day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We looked forward to every meal.

Our butler, Juan Carlos, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, professional, and always perfectly prepared. Everything was on time, and he made our stay effortless and relaxing.

Our concierge, Damar, was fantastic. He planned everything so well and was always available at a moment's notice to help with reservations, activities, and any requests we had. His attention to detail made our stay seamless and stress-free.

For dining outside the villa, we highly recommend Nina at the St. Regis. We enjoyed dinner there twice and both experiences were fantastic. We also had an outstanding dinner at Mediterraneo at Eden Roc—truly top-shelf dining and absolutely worth the visit.

The views, scenery, and overall setting at Villa Ana are simply breathtaking. It is one of those places that immediately makes you feel relaxed and grateful to be there.

The only area that could be improved was our in-villa spa experience. My friend and I both felt that the services were not described very clearly. For example, we booked what we believed was a wrap and received a salt scrub instead! The treatment was still enjoyable, but next time I would make sure to communicate and confirm exactly what service is being provided rather than relying solely on the brochure description.

Overall, this was an unforgettable vacation. The villa, the staff, the service, and the location were exceptional. We enjoyed it so much that we're already returning in October—and we can't wait to be back.

Fantastic EVERYTHING

From the moment we began speaking with our designated Concierge, Damar EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect and amazing. Whether it was the attention to detail prior to the trip and also during the trip (anticipating what was needed and to come before us), our incredible onsite Butler, Juan Carlos who could not have taken better care of us or our personal chef, Fernando who not only prepared two beautiful and delicious meals daily but also was able to accommodate all of us with dietary restrictions and all and let's not forget the beautifully kept Villa Ana that was clean, spacious, gorgeous, comfortable in every way a perfect place to stay. Additionally, we did have an onsite designated maid service, but she was so discreet we didn't even see her until the very last day. Clearly they are so professional and in an effort to stay out of your way, they know your schedule and only enter the villa to clean and replenish when you are not there. She was also great.

Villa Ana 2nd Trip 3rd in March

2nd visit to Vila Ana so I have enough content to share. Villa Ana is one of 3 Inspirato homes next to one another in Punta Cana. It is 5-10 minutes by golf cart from Eden Roc and you get access to the Beach club and restaurants at Eden Roc. Conde Naste Travel rated Eden Roc #1 in the Caribbean. Las Palapas is my favorite restaurant. Get the lobster.

The staff: Damar is your concierge. He was new our 1st trip. He is now seasoned and very good. Fernando is the chef. He cooked breakfast every day and 3 dinners. Alfred was the butler and speaks English and makes great margaritas.

Our agenda included playing Punta Espada twice and Iquanas (9 holes now, 18 holes soon). Both are Nicklaus, Punta Espada is world class with 10 holes on the water. Iguana has a hole next to Villa Ana.

We chartered a boat through Punta Cana Yacht Rentals to snorkel Catalina Island and hang out on the Island's beaches. They pick you up. It is a 50 minute ride to Casa De Campo. Snorkeling is good, not great. Good way to spend a day. We chartered the Tiara 40.

Meals: We had Fernando cook Seafood Paella, catch of the day and steaks. He is talented. American breakfast everyday. Lunch after golf was spent at the beach at Eden Roc. Sushi is great.

Admin stuff-We stopped at the National food store near the airport each time when we landed. Wine, limes, water, etc. There is a Cash and Carry 5 minutes from the house by car. Ok wine, largest Snake River Farms steak inventory I have ever seen. Damar can send you his Wine Merchants inventory list. Louis Latour Chablis, etc. Gets delivered to the house when you run low. Suggestion is to but any hard liquor at Duty Free. There is also a Duty Free when you land at Punta Cana airport.

Dinners out-Las Palapas at Eden Roc, Nina at the new St. Regis and Mediterranean at Eden Roc are all good.

Airport-Only near negative is if you land at the Delta terminal it takes a long time for your van to get to you. It is a mess. We did VIP 1st trip, not sure it was need to get through customs.

My advice is start communicating with Demar on What's App before the trip for reservations, tee times, etc. He can help you maneuver the airport pick-up. Enjoy!!!

50th Celebration with family

The property and house were absolutely amazing. The relaxing setting in pristine grounds for the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday.. Fernando, the chef made the best dinners! We enjoyed daily breakfast, and our favorite dinner made at the house was the Dominican cuisine! We actually enjoyed our dinners at the house more than any of the restaurants! The restaurant Noah was a pretty setting with outdoor seating on the water. Lidia was our house keeper and so friendly and kind! It was such a treat to have her servicing our house all throughout the day with fresh towels, and such! Our butler, Albert had a welcome spread that set the trip off to days of endless enjoyment and five star treatment! They were there for anything we needed! Damar concierge, arranged dinners, and birthday cakes and balloons that really made this trip so special! We have decided to celebrate big birthdays this way, moving forward with Inspirato as it is an experience unparalleled to scheduling something on our own! Our only (embarrassing) suggestion is to consider if you have teenagers addicted to highly caffeinated beverages (ie Alani’s/Blooms) as the nearby grocery store did not carry anything other than Red Bull!!! I found my 15 year-old drinking coffee one morning!!

Villa Ana was beautiful! The house had everything you could want/need. The staff there took amazing care of us and our guest. The golf carts were great to go and visit near by resorts for dinner, lunch or the spa.
