Location

Faena Hotel Miami Beach is located in the Faena District, an easy 20-minute drive (approximately 12 miles) from Miami International Airport (MIA). The Port of Miami is located 15-minutes away by car or taxi. There are plenty of transportation options readily available to take you to and from the airport, but we recommend making plans with your concierge in advance.

You may want to forego the rental car, as you can get around downtown Miami and Miami Beach in a variety of ways, from taxi to private car service. Faena Hotel also offers bicycle rentals and access to a house car on a first-come, first-served basis.

amazing place with amazing service

This place is a great mix of Cuban delight with Miami Elegance. Classic old school Miami Beach Not a party destination - more of a sophisticated cigars and old fashion type of crowd Families welcomed

Great Service, Didn't like the Accomodation

The decoration is very eclectic. Red Velvet. The lighting is dark so the Bordelo is the way to think about it. The unit is large and well equipped. But the lighting itself and the control of lighting is impossible to manage. More importantly, there was significant elevator noise in the second bedroom that made it difficult for my daughter. Service is excellent.

We actually upgraded our unit to a two bedroom with partial ocean views and a wrap around balcony. So this is not a review for the sapphire unit specifically.

The Faena Hotel, in general, is a bit quirky, but still lovely. The service was nice. Our butler team put together a birthday welcome for our son who we were celebrating. We had dinner at Los Fuegos with mixed reviews. The ambience is cool and fun, the food was just ok though those that ordered steak in our party were pleased. Those that opted for the pasta or seafood options were less impressed. The menu is expensive as can be expected. We had breakfasts outside overlooking the pool - both nice, but also expensive. The pool can get a bit crowded.

Lovely Property

We had a great time. The spa is amazing and free to use during your stay. The room was very clean. The service at the hotel was amazing. Like any resort, the food was overpriced but very good.

Do check the room types as they vary greatly. My SIL raved about the 2 bedroom and the huge open front balcony. Our 2 bedroom didn't have a balcony and was a city view. My mistake for not confirming that because it was in the room description.

Excellent Facility and Service

We enjoyed our time at Faena. The amenities on property were great, excellent service, fun entertainment, and great food options. The staff was also helpful in helping us navigate Miami for fun things to do.
