Make More Memories 2026 and your participation in this promotion is an “Additional Opportunity” as defined in and subject to your Inspirato Documents. “Travel Perks” refers to Travel Perks that are earned on select reservations made between September 8, 2026, and September 30, 2026. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in your Inspirato Documents. PAYMENT TERMS

• Travel Perks awarded on new memberships purchased September 1–30, 2026; amount varies by membership term, up to $9,500 with a five-year membership.
• The Additional Opportunity Fee is the total amount of the Nightly Rates, plus Taxes and Fees due for your Make More Memories 2026 reservation(s).
• 100% of the Additional Opportunity Fee is due at the time of booking or purchase.
• Other fees and charges (i.e., resort fees) may apply to your reservation and vary by destination.
• You may apply Travel Perks and Travel Credits for reservations made during Make More Memories 2026.
• The Perks-back percentage is based on the subtotal of the reservation, less the amount of Inspirato Travel Perks applied to that subtotal.
• Earned Travel Perks may vary based on several factors determined in Inspirato’s sole discretion, including dates of travel and Inspirato home(s), Inspirato Only experience, or Inspirato Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites selected.

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

• Make More Memories 2026 reservations are subject to the Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy, which can be found at https://www.inspirato.com/info/cancellation-policy/.
• The total amount of Travel Perks earned on reservations that are subsequently canceled may be: (i) deducted from the existing Travel Perks balance in your membership account; and/or (ii) deducted from any Travel Credits received as a refund in connection with the reservation Cancellation.
• Modifications to reservations to add nights after the Make More Memories 2026 promotional period has expired will not receive Travel Perks; all other modifications during the promotional period (both to remove nights during and after the promotional period and to add nights during the promotional period) will impact the eligible Travel Perk earnings and may result in a reduction of earned Travel Perks. Any modification that results in a reservation under the applicable minimum length of stay will not receive Travel Perks back and may be subject to removal of earned promotional Travel Perks or a reduction in the received refund for any promotional Travel Perks that have already been used.
• Reservation holds are available for up to twenty-four (24) hours during the Make More Memories 2026 promotional period.

• Make More Memories 2026 reservations are available on select Inspirato homes, select Inspirato Only experiences, and select Inspirato Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites, at Inspirato’s sole discretion; the amount of Travel Perks back depends on your desired travel dates. “Jaunt Now” and “Jaunt 52” reservations are strictly excluded from this offer. Travel Perks expire three (3) months after issuance and cannot be re-issued. Travel Perks have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
