  • Members must fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) by 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023.
  • Members can fly out of Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) at any time on Friday, July 21, 2023.
  • The minimum age for this Inspirato Only experience is 18 years old.
  • Airport transfers are included in this package for those who arrive and depart on the dates listed in the itinerary to and from the suggested airports. If you arrive or depart on any other dates, or at any other airport, airport transfers are not included.
  • Check in at Kimpton Armory is at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023.
  • Checkout at Kimpton Armory is at 11 a.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023. We will likely depart as a group prior to this time.
  • The private canvas tent at the Private Inspirato Camp is set with one king or two twin beds. You will specify your bedding requests in the Traveler Information Form.
  • Check-in at Cloudveil Hotel is at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
  • Checkout at Cloudveil Hotel is at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 21, 2023.
  • Optional activities are not included in the package price and will be available to book in the Traveler Information Form.
  • This is a true camping experience (not glamping). There is no electricity, Wi-Fi, or cell phone service at the Private Inspirato Camp at Flying D Reserve in Montana. Please be prepared to enjoy a remote, unplugged setting.
  • By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
  • Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
  • If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy:Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked.
  • Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
