Members should fly into Tokyo—Haneda Airport (HND) or Narita Airport (NRT) by 4 p.m. on May 11th, 2026.
Members should fly out of Kansai International Airport (KIX) any time on May 20, 2026.
This program is designed for adult travelers. Minimum age 18.
Private airport transfers for your arrival and departure are included.
Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Japan.
By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
Activities, inclusions, pricing, and dates are subject to change.
If a minimum number of packages are not booked, Inspirato may, at its discretion, discontinue the program. In that rare event, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
