• Passports are required and must be valid for three months after departure date from Italy.
• The minimum age requirement for this Inspirato Only experience is 12 years old.
• Members should arrive at the Alpenroyal Hotel by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, to partake in the evenings activities. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.
• Members can depart at any time on Friday, March 14. Checkout of the Alpenroyal Hotel is at 11:00 a.m.
• Airport transfers are included in your package to and from Bolzano Airport (BZO), Innsbruck Airport (INN), and Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN). Airport transfers are not included to or from any other airports.
• The approximate drive time from Bolzano Airport (BZO) to the Alpenroyal Hotel is one hour; the approximate drive time from Innsbruck Airport to Alpenroyal Hotel is two hours; and the approximate drive time from Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) to Alpenroyal Hotel is two hours and 15 minutes. 
• This experience is suitable for skiers of all levels, though we recommend members feel comfortable on skis or a snowboard to fully enjoy the trip.
• This experience is open to both skiers and snowboarders.
• The private Inspirato downhill race will be set up as a friendly competition; participation is optional.
• The horse-drawn carriage panoramic excursion with lunch in nature and cocktails is weather dependent. 
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. There will be extensive physical activity each day spent on the slopes. We can also not guarantee all restaurants and other activities will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.
• This Inspirato Only experience is not eligible for Inspirato Rewards savings.

Additional Information: 

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, members may cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
