  • Flights must arrive at St. George Regional Airport (SGU) by 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2026 to participate in that evening’s welcome reception.
  • Return flights may depart from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) any time after 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Afternoon departures are required due to the distance between the hotel and the airport.
  • The drive time from St. George Regional Airport (SGU) to Cliffrose Springdale is approximately one hour. The drive time from Cougar Ridge Lodge to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately three and a half hours.
  • Airport transfers are included for arrivals/departures on the itinerary dates and to/from the suggested airports (SGU and SLC). Transfers are not provided for alternate travel dates or airports.
  • The minimum age for this Inspirato Only experience is 10 years old.
  • Cliffrose Springdale check-in is at 4 p.m. on June 7; checkout is 11 a.m. on June 8. Group departure may occur before checkout time.
  • Tents at Inspirato Luxury Camp include either one king or two twin beds; preferences will be collected in your Trip Planning Form.
  • Cougar Ridge Lodge check-in is at 3 p.m. on June 10; checkout is 11 a.m. on June 13.
  • Optional activities are not included in the package price and will be available to book in the Trip Planning Form.
  • The Inspirato Luxury Camp is a true camping experience. There is no electricity, Wi-Fi, or cell service at Cave Lakes Canyon. Prepare for a fully unplugged setting.
  • By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. There are many active tours planned and we will be extensively walking and hiking. We can not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
  • Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
  • If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare occurrence, we will assist you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.   • Maximum occupancy: This package is priced for four guests, however there is an opportunity to add on additional occupants
