• A valid passport is required for entry into Spain. Passports must be valid for three months beyond your date of departure.
• By Spanish law, the hotel will require passport information for each guest in advance of arrival.
• Plan to arrive at Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) by 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
• Departures may be scheduled from Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) at any time on Friday, October 2, 2026.
• You are welcome to bring your own set of golf clubs to this experience. There will be additional information on shipping your golf clubs in your Trip Planning Form that you will receive after booking. Golf club shipping services are offered at an additional cost. Otherwise, golf club rentals will be available at all courses, for an additional cost.
• The Real Club Valderrama requires a handicap certificate to play. The maximum handicap is 24 for men and 32 for women. You will be required to provide your home club and handicap prior to arriving in Spain.
• As we will be traveling throughout Spain and participating in different activities, please be sure to bring layers, comfortable shoes, and golf attire.
• Halfway refreshments are included with each tee time and typically consist of soft drinks and sandwiches. Please note that any alcoholic beverages purchased during play will be at the member’s discretion and expense.
• Please note square footage, location, and views in rooms may vary.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. Members will participate in playing golf, along with walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
