Quite Spot in Aspen, close to Great Places.

This is a great townhome, with a wonderful view of Aspen Mountain, from the big patio on the south side. Main living level is on the top floor, master bedroom is one floor down and two other bedrooms are a floor below. Master has a nice small patio off it, but we spent most of the time on the upper patio.

We walked to get to the Little Nell, where you can valet with Concierge, but it was only 3.5 blocks away. Had lunch at the Ajax Tavern, took the Gondola up and spent a relaxing day.

I have been going to Aspen since the late 60's and have never walked on the paths just north of town and only 1 block from this townhome. This is a must do in Aspen during the summer and throughout the Fall.

We met a lot of neighbors and they were all great and have lived there for many years. The town remains friendly and when we were there very quiet.

Since COVID has become an issue, I would carefully consider your dining options because take out is not great, even from the best of places. If you will want to dine out, please use the Inspirato Concierge Services early to book restaurants because space is not what it used to be. I would consider finding a way to eat at home and enjoy the views from your residence. We did not have a good experience with Meat and Cheese take out, but everyone loved L'Hostaria take out.

We went horse back riding with a group with rides up to see the Capital Peak, but reservations were dicey because they were changing over to hunting season and horses become less available for just riding in the woods. We tried to walk to the Maroon Bells, but space to do that has to be reserved in advance and I am not sure bus riding is on anyone's list. We drove up to the place where the park has you turn around and it was a beautiful trip with the windows down.

We will come back to this residence next summer and bring our younger kids and eBikes.
