House is great and location is perfect. A couple of suggestions: 1). The house layout on the website is incorrect. It shows a king bed in one of the 3rd floor bedrooms but the only other king bed was in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. 2). For a house like this, I feel as though all the bedrooms should have TVs in them. Only 2 of the 5 bedrooms have TVs.

Kristin, our concierge is amazing. Very responsive and on top of things. Always.

the home is spacious and as you would expect from an Insriato ski home. The proximity to the gondola is amazing. And, the main level sink was clogged, which limited our use while were there. Kristin offered to have someone come fix it, but there are enough bathrooms that we opted to pass. the other overlooked housekeeping item, which was honestly gross and unhygienic was the amount of shower mold in the master bedroom bathroom. yuck. we had the cleaning crew come on day one and it wasn't taken care of. Likely it wasn't seen? I'll spare you the video that I shared with Kristin, but check on that before you shower.

Otherwise, truthfully the home is great for a family on a ski vacay.

Our stay at Powder Ridge was excellent. The house was perfect, the location ideal, and our concierge Kristen was truly amazing—kind, attentive, and personable. She made the trip easy and comfortable for us.

Powder Ridge and Breckenridge were awesome!

Loved it September 25, 2023

Breckenridge was fun to explore with plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants and bars. It is convenient for our side trips to Vail and Georgetown! Powder Ridge was perfect for our group of 5. There was plenty of room to spread out, and room to relax and do group activities. Kristen was very attentive and helpful.
