Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Our group had 10 people with wide ranging ages. Gustavo and Jeniffer did an excellent job planning and supporting our trip. Specifically, the transfers, iternaries, car rentals, dinners, groceries, and Pacifico Beach club all received rave reviews from our family. Palo Verde river tour had plenty to see including birds, crocs, and monkeys. The cultural lunch in the middle of a jungle was the highlight. Tamarindo for golf and surf was fun with lots of shopping options. We spent 2 days at the Pacific Beach Club which was a perfect spot to chill on the beach. Few people, good food, and mellow beach without lots of vendors. Rincon Thermal was mostly fun but be sure to understand all the pass options. For an adventure day, Rincon does a nice job. An evening with Chef Veronica preparing dinner in our Villa was another highlight. The food was amazing. Veronica [and her partner] were a perfect compliment to our family dinner. Breakfast daily is best deal in town. Beautifully prepared, plenty of food, and wonderful flavors. Starting the day eating breakfast together was special. The only miss on the trip was El Mangrove. We had to spend some time between check out and our flight. We filled the time with a close by Marriott resort (El Mangrove). Service, food, beach, and ambiance had issues. Great gym though. We should have gone to Pacifico Beach Club again.

We are greatful for Gustavo and Jeniffer for making the trip special for our family. The Villa too! What a property. The view alone may be one of the better views in Pacifico.

Excellent Stay!

We have stayed in many Inspirato properties and this was one of our favorites.

From, the minute that we booked this trip until the minute we departed everything was perfect! The entire destination team was the best that we have ever encountered. Gustavo did an excellent job planning all of our activities and didn't mind when all six adults had their own requests. Jeni (Jennifer) always had a smile and nothing was too much for her. She was always available and very quick to respond. The pool noodles that we requested were waiting for the kids, the afternoon snacks were always waiting for us when we returned from our daily activities. We did need one more umbrella and Jeni took care of that right away.

The villa was perfect for our family of 10. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the beautiful views. The housekeepers making breakfast was an added bonus and everyone loved the food. We hired Chef Veronica and her assistant Gabby to make dinner every night and what a treat!! We all wanted to bring them home with us. The food was delicious, they accommodated all of our dietary restrictions: one vegan, one vegetarian, one pescatarian and the kids of which one was a very picky eater. We would highly recommend this trip for any multi generational family or anyone who wants to be pampered in a luxurious villa.

Great view with great service.

We had a great time! The home was well laid out for all of us and the view was amazing. Also, the neighborhood is nice and even though there is some construction it didn’t take away or disturb our time. Jeni and the housekeeping gals were amazing. The housekeepers made us breakfast every morning and kept the house looking amazing. Jeni was there anytime we needed to make a change or help us with suggestions. We will definitely be going back. Lastly, the town of Coco is very laidback with me plenty of options to eat beachside. The only restaurant I would avoid is Casa del Playa. Service and food were not great. Beautiful atmosphere but there are too many other great places. For a very casual but great seafood was Papagayo.

Great home base for exploration and relaxation

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the view is 10/10. Honestly, some days it was hard to leave the villa because it was just that nice. I wasn't sure what to expect but Playa Coco is a busy enough town and it was easy to get everything we needed quickly nearby. There's a grocery store right at the bottom on the hill where you enter the gated community. The beach there is good and the beach club is just ok, but at least there are facilities especially with the black sand. Having driven around quite a bit on this trip I feel like Coco is a good home base in terms of convenience (and good restaurants) and proximity to a lot of different activities.

We had three kids and two teens with us on this trip so we did a lot of excursions including Palo Verde, Bijagua, Tamarindo for surf lessons and a day out on a catamaran. The kids absolutely loved the wildlife at Palo Verde and Bijagua. Two very different climates and wildlife.

Our concierge Jenifer did a great job coordinating everything and fixed any issues that came up without any hassle for us which is what you want in a concierge. The breakfasts served were all wonderful and we did a private chef two nights and that was so great and made life easy with the kids.

relaxation at its best

Beautiful 5 be ocean view villa in gated community close to Liberia airport. The staff were wonderful making us breakfast which we ate outside facing the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing in days we didn’t feel like going to the beach. We did rent a car since everything was driving distance and nothing was really walking distance from the villa. The beach club was very nice with good food. The black sand definitely gets everywhere when u get back to the villa. There are plenty of places to eat within 1/2 mile of Villa. There is a small playground for kids but the. Each club is better. Overall one of the nicest places we stayed . Can’t wait to try the other Costa Rica properties
