Please note that there is ongoing construction at a neighboring home. Some construction noise is audible while staying at Monte del Mar. Construction occurs Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
The Lifestyle Pools are located just a short drive from the villa and require no fees.
An additional resort fee of $25 per person per day or $70 per week per person will be due at the time of use if you choose to utilize the amenities of the Pacifico Beach Club. (Children under 18 are free of charge.) This is optional. Please note that the Pacifico Beach Club is closed annually October 1-31.
This home is located next to three Inspirato residences Anona, Villa Aracari and Villa Lantana. Please contact your Care team to book multiple residences.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a queen sleeper sofa in the media room.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
