Things to Know

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• Guests will not have access to the garage, and when renting a car, it will be parked in the uncovered driveway space.
• Please note there is ongoing construction, with an anticipated completion date of March 2023, across the street from the home. Some construction noise is audible while staying at Villa Lantana. Construction occurs Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
• The Lifestyle Pools are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa and require no fees to utilize.
• An additional resort fee of $25 per person per day or $70 per week per person will be due at the time of use if you choose to utilize the amenities of the Pacifico Beach Club. (Children under 18 are free of charge.) This is optional. Please note that the Pacifico Beach Club is closed annually October 1-31.
• The primary bedroom is located upstairs and is accessed by a floating staircase with no railing. The three other bedrooms are on the main level.
• This home is located next to three Inspirato residences Anona, Villa Aracari and Monte del Mar. Please contact your Care team to book multiple residences.
• Please note that there is ongoing construction at the neighboring lot with an estimated completion date of March 2024. Construction takes place Monday - Saturday from 7 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
