Every Fall, the resort has an annual maintenance period where some services are impacted.
From September 3 - September 18, 2024 the annual maintenance period will take place and some services can be affected, however it is not expected to alter the guest room experience. The renovation noise is expected to impact the usual quiet ambiance of the resort from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. During this time, all culinary offerings are available. The lobby area will be portioned off from view to work on several walkways.
The award-winning Waldorf Astoria Spa will be temporarily moved to an alternate location inside the resort. The Waldorf Astoria Spa will continue to provide guests with a Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star experience rooted in Mexican traditions. The unique treatments are inspired by the sea and aligned with the four phases of the moon.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy for $100 USD plus tax and service. The additional guest may be accommodated with the existing bedding or a roll away upon request.
Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
