Great long weekend on Marco Island.

We had a great 4 day trip to Marco Island for the back half of college kids’ spring break. Windbrook is a beautiful home and very spacious with 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed the beach (though parking can be tough on sunny beach days during high season), golf (many choices), and tennis at the local town courts which were never over crowded. Some nice restaurants at the esplanade on Marco Island, and while it’s a ~25 min drive, Naples is busy and fun at night with great restaurants. Only bummer was 1) our sunset boat cruise was cancelled due to high winds, and 2) we didn’t stay longer. Local team was great for planning and questions. Would definitely go back.

Great house for a girl’s weekend

We loved staying at Windbrook for a mini-high school reunion. So much better than being in a hotel. The house was clean and modern and well-equipped. The pool was just perfect as was the view down the canal. It was easy to get around Marco and also to Naples and a reasonable distance from the airport. The bedding was extremely comfortable as were all the furnishings. We hit the beach one day and having some beach equipment available made that extra easy. We especially appreciated the help and guidance from Kristina Owens. She was very responsive and offered to help with anything we needed. We all enjoyed ourselves so much and that was due to having the built-in hospitality of the home itself. Also, we were able to take advantage of the grocery shopping and that was accomplished perfectly so that everything was ready for us when we arrived. We want to thank the entire crew for Windbrook for making our stay so memorable.

Beautiful home! Difficulty with hot tub

The hot tub wasn't working (no blowers) and the temp was very difficult to control. Other than that the home was beautiful, great kitchen, open space, amazing deck/pool area. A few minor issues with blinds not working, front door didn't open but overall amazing!
