The condo was lovely, Pelican Hill was spectacular, the staff were all very friendly and helpful but wires seemed to get crossed, no one seemed to know important details and promises made were not promises kept. We were told that the hotel had EV chargers. However, it turned out that they only had slow chargers for Teslas, no other brand. We were told by the concierge that we could not take a dog to the Colliseum restaurant but the restaurant said that we could and even brought our dog a bowl of water. We were told that no one would enter the condo without being let in or if we requested them at a specific time but housekeeping came in unannounced, freaking out both the housekeeper and the dog even though the "Dog in Residence" sign was on the door. Our grocery list was very specific (half dozen eggs, unsweetened yogurt, 2 rib roast, etc.) but we got 18 eggs, sweetened yogurt, NO roast of any kind, a huge box of cereal, large quantities of everything else even though we specified small quantities, etc. We had to go grocery shopping afterall and left behind a lot of items since we flew in. We won't attempt to have someone else buy groceries for us in the future except for possibly 2-3 breakfast items.
