The second bedroom accommodates either one queen and a sofa bed, or two doubles and a sofa bed.
A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.
Maximum occupancy is five adults or two adults and three children 11 years old and under.

Cancellation policy: Reservations from January 4 - April 30 are nonrefundable within 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations from May 1 - July 4 and from November 1 - December 18 are nonrefundable within 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations from July 5 - October 31 are nonrefundable within seven days prior to arrival. Reservations from December 19 - January 3 are nonrefundable within 90 days of arrival. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is five adults or two adults and three children (11 years old and younger).
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
