For safety, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in the hotel's Treehouse accommodations. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver upon arrival for guests ages 16-17.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: One&Only Mandarina has a unique cancellation policy that varies by length of stay, holidays, and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy for a fee of $100 per night subject to 30% room tax and service charge. One rollaway bed may be placed in the room for a fee of $35 per night.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
