Trip of a lifetime

We wanted to have a trip to an amazing location with a large number of friends and family. Il Campanile was the obvious choice and it did not disappoint. Located in a beautiful part of Tuscany, this former village was most impressive and easily handled 16 guests. Pre- planning was easy with the knowledgeable and patient Nadia, whose recommendations were spot on. While on site, our needs were consistently monitored and met by Andi and Simone. Finally, the residence's caretakers Sarah, Susanna and Leone were awesome. We honestly never had to worry about any detail.

Best Trip Ever!

Il Campanile is a dream. The pictures on the website do not do justice to this property. It is a 975 year old village on top of a hill, complete with the 'castle' (Villa Colina), the small village homes (Villas Viletta and Belleza) and even a church. I hired all villas (total of 9 bedrooms) for a period of three weeks in June. The first week was relatives from Boston, the second week was for my sons and their families, and the third was for friends. As gorgeous as the property is, the people involved in the travel planning, execution of such plans and maintenance of the property, absolutely make this experience even better

The planning could have been a logistical nightmare, but Nadia, the Destination Concierge, was absolutely unbelievable. She arranged for pick ups and drop offs for airports and train stations for 45 people. Nadia was absolutely meticulous and professional and was able to tailor each week to the needs of the various groups in terms of fun activities, great restaurants (she made reservations for all of them), fantastic tours - just a wonderful Tuscan experience.

One suggestion that she made was to have Chef Nando cook pizza in the pizza oven on the first night (Sunday) of every week for all the newcomers. Chef provided delicious appetizers and nutella pizzas as well as a variety of pizzas.

She also recommended Chef Beppe do a catered dinner the last night for each group (Saturday), so people could relax and enjoy the villas one last time. Chef Beppe is absolutely awesome, and she arranged for two or three delivered meals from him as well, which everyone enjoyed.

The local concierges, Simone and Andi, were fabulous. i was greeted every morning by text, and they were incredibly responsive to any changes that we had to make (especially in week 2, where we have 7 children, ages 3 to 11). They were unfailingly kind and tried very hard to make everything perfect.

Il Campanile has an onsite caretake, Leone with his wife Suzy and daughter Sarah (Andi is their son!). They are an incredible family.. Leone has been taking care of Il Campinile for 36 years. They are in constant communication with the drivers, or the concierges whatever, to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Suzy and Sarah do the housekeeping, and also help out the chefs as needed. Leone took luggage to all the rooms - no easy feat! Every guest loved them.

A few notes:

Collina has a LOT of steps. if you are renting all three villas, put the younger people there!

The pool and the tennis court is great.

Realize that Italy is very organic. If there are no strawberries available locally, there are no strawberries!

The tour guides in Florence (Sylvia) and Siena (Serena) are amazing

Colle Beretto is an amazing vineyard, not open to the general public but is open to Inspirato.

The recommendations for activities and restaurants were perfect.

We used Bellini for both rental cars (which are dropped off and picked up at the villas) and private drivers/vans for trips to Florence, Siena etc. Wonderful company which was recommended by Nadia.

All in all, the best trip ever

Trip of a lifetime, wonderful service

I planned a trip to Il Campanile with a large group of friends from college. Because of our size we were in every house on the property. The villa is gorgeous and the houses are laid out in a way that makes each room feel like a single apartment - even when full, each house feels roomy. The views are amazing no matter where you are on the property.

Although the villa is beautiful, it was the level of care provided by Valentina and Andi, our destination planners, that made this vacation one that we will remember forever. Valentina worked with me to create the perfect itinerary for 18 people which is not easy. Each activity, tour and restaurant she recommended felt unique and special and we would have repeated every one of them. She also made sure that we were well prepared by providing details on what to expect at each point on the trip.

The level of service Andi provided once we got to the villa was exceptional. He was not overwhelmed by the number of people, questions and varying needs. He made sure our group felt comfortable and was able to coordinate any change or alteration to the itinerary with ease and patience. His family played a big part in making us feel at home, as well, as they made sure everything was efficient and comfortable.

Both Valentina and Andi were organized and responsive - messages and texts were returned within minutes. Moreover, their follow through was consistent - they always did what they said they were going to do. All in all, our experience with them and with Inspirato could not have been better.

This trip was an 11 out 10!

The Trip of a Lifetime!!!!

We stayed at the three Il Campanile residences during a trip in March 2024 with a group of 19 family and friends. I was married at the church onsite during our visit and could write a novel on how absolutely perfect the *entire* trip and experience was. If there was one thing that set the trip apart it was undoubtedly the thoughtful and exper planning by Nadia Laalioui. Nadia practically singlehandedly planned the wedding of my DREAMS and even came onsite the day of the wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly. Nadia also planned a full itinerary of events for our group in the days leading up the wedding. A winery tour and tasting, pizza party at the house, several lunches/dinners out, a private walking tour Siena, and all the logistics and transportation required. The trip truly would not have been possible with Nadia's planning and excellent attention to detail.

The Il Campanile residences were the perfect location for our group. The property is stunning beyond belief and the wonderfully sweet and helpful caretakers onsite make the whole experience that much better. Andi and Simone, the onsite concierge team, were amazing when it came to daily requests and wedding day assistance.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the all encompassing beauty and experience that is Il Campanile. Inspirato is lucky to have such wonderful employees like Nadia, Simone and Andi (+ Andi's family), and we cannot wait to plan a trip back in the future!!

Tuscany over the holidays

Just back from Il Campanile in Tuscany and hard to believe the trip is over. I can't say enough about this experience. Our group included 18 people from ages 12-83. The property is great for a large group with 3 separate houses and an incredible property. Our trip started with Silvia planning an incredible trip that did not disappoint. We had access to incredible tours and enjoyed great food. Our trip included winery tours, truffle hunt, cheese farm and visits to neighboring towns. Andi was on site and ensured that everything went as planned. His team/family took great care of our entire group. We ate at some great restaurants and had Chef Beppe and his team at the house for a cooking class. They also prepared an incredible dinner for our last night together. What a great trip, property and team that created special memories for our family. Special thanks to Silvia, Andi, Chef Beppe, Leone and Sarah and of course to Tri-State 1.
