Inspirato is enhancing the Ticket program by offering premium tickets and private luxury suites in new venues and markets at below-market prices to offer subscribers even more value from the Club.

What is the new Tickets program?

We are offering premium tickets and access to private luxury suites in new venues and markets, including the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, United Center in Chicago, Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and American Airlines Center in Dallas. All tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and priced based on market rates, but below comparable tickets on resale site like StubHub and SeatGeek. We are also introducing a new ticket distribution platform called TicketManager. This new platform will allow you to see real time inventory and purchase tickets.

What is changing?

Members have been asking us to offer tickets for more events for premier events in more destinations, similar to the ticket access we offer in Colorado for Ball Arena (formerly the Pepsi Center). In order to make this a reality, we’re investing more in the Tickets program and adjusting how we price and allocate tickets, to give more members the opportunity to take advantage of this benefit.

Why is Inspirato making these changes?

Tickets will be available using our new TicketManager platform, which will be accessible via Inspirato.com. You must first request tickets. If your requested tickets are allocated to you (on a first-come, first-served basis), you will receive a confirmation of your request and your purchase will be completed in one business day. If you decide to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so before your transaction is complete and the tickets become non-refundable.

How does the new process work?

Make sure you are logged in to Inspirato.com. If you are being re-directed to the home page, log out and log back in, or reach out to your Care team to help you set up single sign-on through our security partners.

Why isn’t the link to TicketManager working for me?

From the TicketManager homepage, you can search all available venues and tickets and request tickets instantly by clicking the “Request” button. Once requested, tickets are added to your cart. To submit your request, go to your cart, fill out the necessary information and click "Submit."

How do I request tickets?

From the TicketManager homepage, you can search all available venues and tickets and request tickets instantly by clicking the “Request” button. The number of Pass Days required will be listed in DOP currency (or “Days of Pass”). Once requested, tickets are added to your cart. To submit your request, go to your cart, fill out the necessary information and click "Submit."

How do I request tickets using Pass Days?

Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

How will tickets be allocated?

If the tickets you requested are available, you will receive a request confirmation email within the same day. We will charge your primary card on file 24 hours after your ticket request, in case you need to change or cancel your order. After 24 hours, once your credit card has been charged, your tickets are non-refundable.

When will I be notified if I will receive the tickets I requested?

Tickets will be priced based on market pricing, but always below comparable tickets on resale sites like StubHub and SeatGeek. Pass Days required will range from 1-20 days.

How much will tickets cost?

There is no required minimum on the number of tickets that can be requested.

No, there will not be a maximum number of tickets you can request and purchase (subject to availability).

Tickets will be sent to members four business days prior to the event date.

When will I receive my tickets?

All tickets have designated seat assignments. As with any ticketed event, members will sit in the seats that they purchase.

Yes. From the time you are notified that your ticket request was approved, you have 24 hours to cancel by notifying <a href="mailto:tickets@inspirato.com">tickets@inspirato.com</a> without being charged.

Can I cancel my ticket request?

Up to four business days ahead of the event, before the tickets are distributed, you are allowed to transfer your tickets by emailing <a href="mailto:tickets@inspirato.com">tickets@inspirato.com</a>. We ask that you distribute tickets to family, friends, and colleagues as if you were bringing them to the suite as guests. Please remember the suite is a shared space for all members to enjoy.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Members are not permitted to resell tickets.

Who do I contact if I need help with ticket delivery?

Tickets will be transferred electronically from TicketManager to the email address you provide at the time of checkout. There will be instructions on how to download your tickets after they have been transferred.

How will I receive my tickets?

After you have been notified, you will have 24 hours to cancel or decline your tickets. After this period your primary credit card on file will be charged.

When will my credit card be charged for the tickets?

We will regularly email members to let you know about upcoming events where we have tickets available. You can also visit [link] to see upcoming events.

How will I be notified of upcoming events where Inspirato will be offering tickets?

Attendees must be 21 to attend an event without an adult.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

No, members must request their own tickets. We are not able to impersonate a member and log into the Ticket Manager site.

Can a Care person request tickets on a members behalf?

Travel Credits and Travel Perks cannot be used to purchase tickets.
