Expanding Our Portfolio to Iconic Destinations

Yesterday, we announced plans for an ambitious portfolio expansion in 2025. We’re thrilled to share that we’re planning to add luxury homes in iconic destinations across Europe, the Caribbean, California, the U.S. East Coast, Mountain and Ski destinations, and more. These additions reflect our commitment to bringing you even more extraordinary places to explore and enjoy.

Investing in Exceptional Experiences

To maintain and elevate the excellence you’ve come to expect, we are standardizing annual dues at $5,500 upon renewal. For those planning ahead, we’re pleased to offer savings incentives for multi-year commitments, unlocking greater value and deepening your connection to Inspirato.

Additionally, a 15% merchant fee will now be applied to your final folio upon checkout to support the exceptional service you enjoy during your stay in our homes. This fee reflects the direct costs of providing in-destination services, ensuring we can maintain the seamless, five-star experiences that define Inspirato.
