With our steadfast commitment to your comfort and safety, Inspirato’s portfolio of luxury homes offer a sanctuary for you and your loved ones to recharge and reconnect in incredible new settings.

Inspirato homes are exclusively managed, maintained, and staffed by Inspirato and are only available for our members and their guests. We closely oversee and enforce rigorous housekeeping standards to ensure that you and your family arrive at a clean residence where you can focus on what matters most—creating memories together that will last a lifetime.

Enhanced Cleaning Standards

Our housekeeping standards, which have always been best in class, have been supplemented to follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19. Additionally, we continue to consult with Dr. Cynthia Ellwood, Ph.D., CIH, FAIHA and Roberta Smith, MSPH, RN, CIH, COHN-S, CIC as our technical advisors.

Our housekeeping staff adhere to these revised standards when cleaning our homes, including disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, remote controls, and faucets. We follow the same standards for amenities included with our residences, including complimentary vehicles.

Additionally, we provide the following items for guest use:

  • Hand sanitizer
  • Reusable face masks
  • Disinfectant wipes

COVID-19 Exposure Guidance

Members and guests should follow CDC guidance for traveling. In addition, to ensure the well-being of our staff, we ask members to evaluate themselves and all guests prior to arrival and update us with any changes that may occur during their stay. This  allows everyone to evaluate the risks if anyone in their group has been exposed to or has had COVID-19 within the last 10 days.

Please notify us if any of the following are true:

  • You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 10 days
  • You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19
  • You are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection of COVID-19
  • You’ve had “close contact” as outlined by the CDC to an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 within the last 10 days

Interaction with Inspirato Personnel

To help keep our members and guests safe, our in-destination teams will still practice social distancing whenever possible and wear masks based on the local health requirements or at your request. In addition, members will continue to be invited to choose their desired level of contact with our personnel during their stay, with the following options:

  • Remote check-in, orientation, and/or check-out
  • Doorstep grocery delivery, or traditional stocking in the residence kitchen
  • As much or as little daily housekeeping as you would like

Grocery Delivery

One of the benefits of staying in our homes is the option to order groceries for your stay prior to your arrival. You may choose to have your groceries placed within your residence kitchen, or opt for doorstep delivery if you prefer. Please note that the World Health Organization reports there is no evidence showing that food or food packaging has been linked to contracting COVID-19.
