General Information and Travel Insurance

All cancellations are subject to your Reservation and Use Rules, which can be found in the Details section of your account on Inspirato.com. Inspirato recommends you purchase travel insurance for any non-refundable portions of your trip e.g., lodging, flights, activities, etc. as well as post-departure coverages such as emergency medical and evacuation expenses, property damage and car rental collision coverage. Travelex Insurance’s Inspirato policy offers blanket coverage for up to 8 people and can be cancelled without penalty up to 21 days after purchase, as long as you have not left on your trip or filed a claim. Please note, U.S. domestic health insurance policies typically do not provide coverage in foreign countries.*

Inspirato Pass Cancellation Policy

When you cancel a Pass Trip for a stay in an Inspirato Residence or hotel or resort partner, you may be eligible to receive a refund in the form of Canceled Days, subject to the Inspirato Pass Cancellation Policies below. Canceled Days are a percentage of the Pass Days you originally used to reserve the trip and can be used toward future Pass Trip reservations. Your Care team can advise you of your Canceled Day balance (if any). All refunds of Pass Days and Canceled Days will be rounded to the nearest whole day.

 

Primary Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a Pass Trip for a stay in an Inspirato Residence or hotel or resort partner that you reserved using only Pass Days (i.e., no Canceled Days), the following policy applies:

If you cancel a Pass Trip for a stay in an Inspirato Residence or hotel or resort partner that you reserved using all Canceled Days, or using a combination of Canceled Days and Pass Days, the following cancellation policy applies:

Other Inspirato Pass Cancellation Policies


In addition to the Inspirato Pass Cancellation Policy, selected types of Inspirato Pass reservations are subject to trip-specific cancellation policies, as follows:

 

Category Cancellation Policy
Cruises and Experiences Your Care team or third-party travel provider will provide the trip-specific cancellation policy applicable to experiences before your make your reservation.
Beyond Travel You can cancel any Beyond Travel order up to 72 hours before the listed "Experience/Ship as soon as" date on the details page of each Beyond Travel item.
Pass Bonus Trips Cancellations within three business days of booking are 100% refundable. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable in Inspirato Travel Credits. Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to check-in are 100% non-refundable.
