• The minimum age requirement for this Inspirato Only experience is 18 years old.
• Members should fly into Tucson International Airport (TUS) by 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
• Members can fly out of Tucson International Airport (TUS) at any time on Monday, October 6, 2025.
• The package price includes shared airport transfers, which may involve traveling with other Canyon Ranch guests. If you would like to book a private airport transfer, please reach out to the Experiences team.
• Check-in at Canyon Ranch Tucson is at 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
• Checkout at Canyon Ranch Tucson is at 12 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025.
• This program is designed with 2-3 hours of moderate physical activity a day, with additional optional activities.
• While this program is open to any level of physical fitness, it is best suited for those who can participate in activities that require a moderate level of physicality.
• Please note that alcohol is available on a limited basis at Canyon Ranch Tucson. Alcohol will be available at the private Inspirato dinners. Otherwise, alcohol is available at the Javelina Cantina on limited days and for limited hours. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought into the Grill, Double U, and pool areas on the resort. Guests may bring and enjoy alcohol responsibly in the privacy of their rooms.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.
• This Inspirato Only experience is not eligible for Inspirato Rewards savings.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, members may cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
