• Members should fly into Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL) in Oslo, Norway, no later than 3 p.m. on May 4, 2026.
• Members can fly out of Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL) in Oslo, Norway, at any time on May 13, 2026.
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date (November 14, 2026). 
• This expedition cruise is family-friendly. Guests must be over the age of 8.
• While this expedition is family-friendly, please note there will be no children’s programming or children’s counselors on board. 
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and situated in the same stateroom by a parent or other responsible adult over the age of 21. 
• Daily excursions and activities are dependent on the weather and at the discretion of the captain and expedition leader.
• Please note if we spot a polar bear, which is not guaranteed, we must maintain a distance of 500 meters (1,640 feet) in accordance with Norwegian Law. There will be binoculars onboard to help you witness wildlife from a distance.
• There are no connecting suites or staterooms available.
• Round-trip charter economy class airfare to and from Longyearben is included with this package. 
• While basic wireless internet is complimentary, please note that the connection may be intermittent or unavailable at times. If needed, member’s will be able to upgrade their Wi-Fi package at an additional cost. 
• There are two igloos on board the National Geographic Resolution for all guests to enjoy during the day (first come, first served). While your cabin is not eligible to receive priority access to an “Arctic Slumber” igloo reservation, you are still able to enjoy the igloos during the day. If we have additional availability for an “Artic Slumber” igloo reservation, we will reach out to all members via email and additional spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We love having groups of family and friends on board and will make every effort to accommodate your group’s requests; however, we cannot guarantee that the entire party will be able to participate in every single activity together as a group because of the intimate size of shore excursions and activities on board.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive. 
• Dates, activities, shore excursions, and pricing are subject to change.  
• This cruise is an exclusive, fully chartered experience designed specifically for Inspirato members and their guests.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato may discontinue the program at our discretion. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements. 

Additional Information

• Cancellation Policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. • Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
