• Members can fly into Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) at any time on April 9 2026; however, we suggest you arrive no later than 3 p.m. so that you can attend the members-only Welcome Cocktail Reception that evening.
• Members can fly out of Brussels International Airport (BRU) any time on April 17, 2026. 
• This cruise is family-friendly. Guests must be over the age of 8.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and situated in the same stateroom by a parent or other responsible adult over the age of 21.
• While this experience is family-friendly, please note there will be no children’s programming or children’s counselors on board. 
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date (October 17, 2026). 
• There are no triple occupancy staterooms. 
• There are connecting staterooms available, subject to availability. Please reach out to your Care team to inquire. 
• Standard shore excursions are included in your cruise fare. Occasional premium shore excursions are offered at an additional cost.
• While wireless internet is complimentary, please note that the connection may be intermittent or unavailable at times.
• We love hosting groups of family and friends on board and will make every effort to accommodate your group’s requests; however, we cannot guarantee that the entire party will be able to participate in every activity together because of the intimate size of shore excursions and activities on board.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, we will have extensive walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive. 
• Dates, activities, shore excursions, and pricing are subject to change.  
• Ports, port times, and tender schedule are subject to change.
• Water levels on the river may affect tether locations and their proximity to excursions, which may result in traveling to excursions via motorcoach.
• This cruise is an exclusive, fully chartered experience designed specifically for Inspirato members and their guests.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato may discontinue the program at our discretion. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements. 

Additional Information: 

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
