• Members can fly into Keflavík International Airport (KEF) in Reykjavík, Iceland, at any point on July 9, 2026.
• Members can fly out of Bergen Airport (BGO) in Bergen, Norway, any time after 12 p.m. on July 22, 2026.
• This cruise is family-friendly. Guests must be over the age of 12.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and situated in the same stateroom by a parent or other responsible adult over the age of 21.
• While this cruise is family friendly, please note there will be no children’s programming or children’s counselors on board.  
• Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Bergen, Norway (January 22, 2027).
• There are no triple occupancy staterooms available.
• There are no connecting suites or staterooms on the Scenic Eclipse I.
• Please note the Scenic Eclipse I does not have a full sized pool but there are two small plunge pools located on Deck 10.
• Daily excursions and activities are dependent on the weather and at the discretion of the captain and expedition leader. 
• Use of the helicopter and submarine on board Scenic Eclipse are to be paid per hour of usage and are subject to weather and local laws. 
• While wireless internet is complimentary, please note that the connection may be intermittent or unavailable at times.
• Every suite is guaranteed one (1) reservation at one of the specialty restaurants onboard (Night Market, Lumiere, or Koko’s Asian Fusion) for two guests. Restaurant reservations will be based on suite category type and time of request. 
• We love having groups of family and friends on board and will make every effort to accommodate your group’s requests; however, we cannot guarantee that the entire party will be able to participate in every single activity together as a group because of the intimate size of shore excursions and activities on board.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, there will be walking and active tours. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive. 
• Dates, activities, shore excursions, and pricing are subject to change.
• Ports, port times, and tender schedule are subject to change
• This cruise is an exclusive, fully chartered experience designed specifically for Inspirato members and their guests.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use its discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
