Getting Around

The nearest international airport to The Alpina Gstaad is Bern Airport (BRN), located in Bern, Switzerland, roughly 51 miles away. The resort is easily accessible by train or car from Bern, Zurich and Geneva. The Alpina Gstaad is happy to help organize transfers via helicopter or limousine on request. The village of Gstaad also lies on the scenic Golden Pass Montreux-Oberland Bernois (MOB) railway line, which connects the village with Interlaken and Montreux. From Interlaken to Gstaad, the train trip takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. To make your travel easy, we suggest utilizing the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station and village. In winter, the shuttle also services the ski slopes.
