The property is located in Spicewood within the Lake Travis area, about 45 minutes from downtown Austin. While the community offers golf cart access to lake amenities and the neighborhood pool and fitness center, a vehicle is recommended for dining, wineries, golf courses, and exploring the greater Hill Country region.
