There are several airports servicing London, but you'll have the most options if you fly into Heathrow (LHR) or Gatwick (LGW). For an additional charge, your concierge can arrange private transfers in a luxury vehicle from either of these airports, as well as from Luton, Stansted and London City airports. Depending on the airport, the ride should take approximately 30 minutes to one hour. The London Underground is another convenient option; Holborn Station is approximately 500 feet from the Rosewood.
Once in London, it's quite easy to get around. Taxis are always readily available and the public transportation system is extensive. The Rosewood offers luxury chauffeur service for an additional charge, as well, and it is perfectly positioned near an endless array of activities and sights. Renting a car is not recommended due to the constant traffic and cost of parking. But if you so choose, club partner Avis is the perfect place to start.
