This home is staffed, managed, and maintained by our trusted partners at The Resort at Pelican Hill Villas.
These units consist of Marlin Ridge and Sea Greens which are two separate residences that are not directly connected, but adjacent through a shared hallway. Access is granted by an elevator that brings you to your private floor where you can enter both units.
If you are traveling with young children, please reach out to your Care team to discuss the bedding layout within this unit to ensure it fits your group's needs.

From September 2 – October 23, 2025, all Villa guests are invited to enjoy the Coliseum and Bella Vista Pools located at the Main Estate. During this time, the Villa Pool will be closed. The Villa Clubhouse will remain open, continuing to provide daily breakfast for a charge, as well as bar/drink service throughout the day.
